How will I receive my rebate?
We will instruct the escrow company to issue the buyer the amount of the rebate directly from the escrow. If the escrow company is unable to comply then we will issue the rebate amount directly to the buyer.
Why do you give your clients a rebate?
Foremost we want to assist the buyers and sellers during this distressed economic period. Additionally the internet has allowed better access of information and the ability to better use their time.
Instead of issuing me a check at the end, will intelligent buyer pay my closing costs?
We would be happy to spend your rebate on your closing costs. However many lenders don?t allow us to do so. We will gladly do it if the lender allows it.
Is there a cap on the amount of rebate I can receive?
No. There is no cap. We will pay you your full rebate no matter how high your commission check is.
Can you help me get a loan?
Yes we can assist you to find a loan to suit your needs. We can get your pre-qualified with the best rates on the market.
Is there ever a situation where I would not receive a full 1.0% - 2.5% rebate?
Yes. Our minimum commission on our BUYER’S MAX REBATE PROGRAM is $5,000. For instance if the total commission received is $6,000, we would take our $5000, and send you a rebate for the remaining $1,000. If the total commission is $5,000 or less then you may not receive any rebate. Our minimum commission on our BUYER’S FULL SERVICE REBATE PROGRAM is $7,500.
What do I say when I visit a property on an open house or via appointment?
Please inform the listing agent that you are being represented by REMAXREBATE. If you fail to do so and any other agent claims to be the procuring agent and disputes commission, then your rebate may be fully cancelled.
