If you purchase a home through REMAXREBATE through our Buyer’s Max Rebate Program, you can receive a rebate for any commissions received by us in excess of 1% of the purchase price of the home (subject to a minimum commission to REMAXREBATE of $5,000). Typically the commission rate to the buyer’s agent can range from 2.5% to 3.5%. This means you can receive a 1.5% - 2.5% rebate!

How can buyers see a home without a realtor?
We offer a number of ways to help you see a specific home.
- Open house — Many homes are available for viewing on the weekends through an appointment or open house. We can contact the listing agent to find out the time for open house.
- Appointment — We can contact the listing agent to schedule a viewing.
- Listing agent — we will contact the listing agent to see if it is possible to arrange a showing directly with the sellers or listing agent.
- We also offer a full service rebate program that includes property showings as listed below.

If you prefer the traditional way of having the broker search and find the best fit home for you, we can still save you hundreds or thousands of dollars. Through our Buyer’s Full Service Rebate Program, you can receive a rebate for any commissions received by us in excess of 1.5% of the purchase price of the home (subject to a minimum commission to REMAXREBATE of $7,500). Typically the commission rate to the buyer’s agent can range from 2.5% to 3.5%. This means you can receive a 1% - 2% rebate!
Our full service rebate program includes exclusive and non-exclusive information we gather through our property and opportunity searches that includes broker searches, broker tours and/or neighborhood information. We can tailor your requirements and find the best suited properties.
