Many home owners have long asked to lower the commission paid to brokers. Well here’s the answer! Because many of our clients come to us via our website, we can afford to save you thousands of dollars and still get better results.

We will represent you on the sale of your home for a 1% commission (with a minimum of $5,000). The total commission can be from 3% to 4% (includes a 2% to 3% commission paid to the buyer’s agent). If REMAXREBATE also represents the buyer, your total commission may be as low as 2%!

Sellers may, if they wish, allow us to place a lock box on the property to enable agents to show the home to their clients. We will arrange with buyer?s agents to coordinate the time to show and view your home. We will also facilitate the advertising of open houses on the MLS and/or local newspaper.
